Adorned Roots Africa | Florida is at Atrium Centre, Suite 254, Davie, FL 33314. Walk-ins are welcome. The East Africa location is Nairobi, Kenya.

Do you rent jewelry?
Yes. Jewelry Rentals lists pieces available to rent. Membership is a separate plan for rental benefits, and the membership page states the current plan details.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
The returns policy published on each product, and on the Returns & Exchanges page, is the policy that applies.
How should I care for a piece?
Jewelry Care has general guidance for handcrafted jewelry and accessories. A product page may also include a care note for that piece.
When is express shipping free?
Express shipping is free when the merchandise total is greater than $150.00, before any welcome discount. An order at exactly that amount still pays for express shipping. The rate for other orders is calculated at checkout.
