At Adorned Roots Africa, our pieces are carefully selected and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Kenya and Tanzania. Each piece celebrates African heritage, culture, and craftsmanship.
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing preferences, or natural variations in handmade pieces.
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
